About the role
We are looking for a motivated Endpoint Software Engineer to help develop and maintain Kaseya's endpoint management agents. You will work alongside senior engineers to deliver new capabilities, improve platform reliability, and solve complex device management challenges across multiple operating systems.
What you'll do
- Design and implement new features for endpoint agents across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms
- Develop software components supporting monitoring, automation, patching, inventory collection, and device management
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Investigate customer-reported issues and production escalations
- Participate in root-cause analysis and resolution of agent-related problems
