Continuously assess and optimize HR systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data integrity.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement HR tech, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices
- Ensure HR technology systems comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols
- Execute on modern platform architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end HR technology solutions
- Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements, ensuring successful adoption and integration
- Participate in testing and release management within Agile pod(s) to ensure a successful end-user experience for all deployments
