The State Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations across all branches within the assigned state, ensuring seamless branch functioning, infrastructure readiness, statutory compliance, vendor management, and cost optimization. The role supports business growth by driving operational excellence, governance, and efficient administration across the state.

What you'll do

• Branch Operations & Facility Management
• Ensure smooth branch administration across the state, monitor housekeeping, security, utilities
• Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Development
• Manage new branch setup and infrastructure readiness, coordinate civil, electrical, interior, and branding activities and ensure timely completion of expansion projects
• Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management
