Zonal Business Manager - Home Loan/ Business Head - Home Loan This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring timely collections in their assigned region

What you'll do

• Business growth and development
• Generate high-quality business, analyze market dynamics, and identify opportunities for growth
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Cluster Heads ,BBM & FOS to ensure they meet their targets
• Oversee branch administration and infrastructure
• Develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with builders, developers, and local authorities, and facilitate smooth sales closure
