State Head-Cross Sell (Personal Loan)

About the role

The State Head – SEPL will be responsible for scaling lending operations across the state by developing and executing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and overall reach. The role demands a strong focus on cost efficiency and technology-driven solutions to meet customer banking needs.

What you'll do

• Lead the state-level cross sell loan business to drive revenue growth per customer
• Strategically guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets
• Monitor portfolio performance and quality, and provide actionable insights to Product and Sales teams for improvement
• Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Drive key conversion efficiency metrics of cross sell business
