State Head - EIL

About the role

State Head - Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team in the designated state, driving business growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for EIL product

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base for Loan against Property products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing initiatives, and customer service improvements
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity

What you need
