About the role

State Head – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, direct plays a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and growth of the Home Loan/Suvidha portfolio by leveraging the bank’s existing customer base. This role is responsible for sourcing business through internal channels, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring superior customer experience.

What you'll do

• Generate Home Loan leads and drive disbursements through the bank’s customer base across branches
• Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify and convert potential customers
• Ensure productivity norms are met for lead conversion and disbursal
• Team Management & Training
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers
