About the role

The role would be responsible for supporting State Home connect & Care lead in implementation & execution of all Home Care related Ensure Customer satisfaction & minimize customer complaints Identification of working and setting up highest standards of service

What you'll do

  • Assist Home Connect & Care Lead in driving care operations
  • Execute Home Care processes and plans
  • Service readiness for Home Care at JC/ JP
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and on time service delivery : SR calls
  • Minimize customer complaints per sub by constantly improving

What you need
