About the role

Independently handle shift operations and ensure smooth execution of casting activities as per production schedules. Monitor and control ingot casting parameters to ensure product quality, yield, and process efficiency. Possess sound knowledge of moulds, mould accessories, bottom pouring refractories, and insulating pads used in casting operations.

• Ensure proper inspection and quality control of mould-related consumables before use
• Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and quality requirements during casting operations
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all safety guidelines and statutory requirements
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and process interruptions
