STEM Facilitator – Education (South Region)

About the role

The person will support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the STEM project in the schools. The role requires close coordination with schools, community stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective program delivery and impact.

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct classes in the schools as per the project planned activities class wise
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring the program in the schools assigned under the project
• Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational goals and donor requirements
• Support school-based interventions, teacher capacity-building initiatives, and STEM/FLN activities
• Facilitate orientation, training, and capacity-building workshops for teachers and related stakeholders

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
