About the role
Urgently Required Steward/Captain/Barman/Bartender for One well reputed chain of Restaurant for Chennai location. Greets guests and presents them with the menu. Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any. Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell. Adhere to proper food hygiene and storage practices
What you'll do
- Prepare indents for F&B section as per the consumption pattern
- Ensure complete care and handling in relation to catering service and buffet equipment
- Follow all safety rules and procedures as per the site requirements
- Ensure that equipment and materials are not left unattended
What you need
- 5–9 yrs of experience
- Food safety
- Any graduate
