About the role

we are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor! Responsible for supervising the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware Attend weekly meetings for accuracy of hotel events, audit kitchen and food & beverage areas throughout the hotel, assist colleagues in day to day business operations, help maintain operational standard for employee cafeteria

What you'll do

• Leading a diverse team of colleagues
• Responsible for supervising the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware
• Attend weekly meetings for accuracy of hotel events, audit kitchen and food & beverage areas throughout the hotel, assist colleagues in day to day business operations
• Responsible for maintaining the organization & cleanliness of all kitchen spaces within the hotel
• Act as a liaison between kitchen and banquet departments ensuring food safety protocols are met

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Food safety
• Customer service
• Any graduate
