Stibo Developer ( Remote Freelance )

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Stibo STEP MDM solutions, defining governance processes, improving data quality, and enabling enterprise-wide master data strategy.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions
• Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations
• Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes
