Stock Plan Manager (Etrade or Equity Edge Online)

About the role

The Stock Plan Manager is responsible for the administration, compliance, accounting support, and operational management of the company's global equity compensation programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in global equity programs, public company reporting obligations, and Equity Edge Online administration experience.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day administration of all equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs)
• Administer grants, vesting events, releases, cancellations, and terminations
• Ensure accurate participant records across all stock plan systems and brokerage platforms
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to support equity-related activities globally
• Global Compliance and Tax

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Accounting
• Reporting
• Financial reporting
• Internal controls
• Compliance
• B.Com or BBA
