About the role

Own monthly / weekly / daily store revenue target of store and individual staffs Greet & capture walk-in → eyetest→ prescription → purchase conversion. Pitch eye test to every walk-in and ensure maximum eyetest to walk-in conversion. Improve average order value (AOV) by maximising BOGO, PAL adoption, premium frames & lens dispensing.

What you'll do

Own monthly / weekly / daily store revenue target of store and individual staffs
Greet & capture walk-in → eyetest→ prescription → purchase conversion
Improve average order value (AOV) by maximising BOGO, PAL adoption, premium frames & lens dispensing
Drive premium & appropriate frames, lenses, coatings and accessories through need / Lifestyle - based selling. Generate add-on and cross-sell opportunities
Track lost sales and proactively recover opportunities. Follow up with customers where required to close pending purchases
