About the role

Store Executive at Accor. Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels
