Store Executive

About the role

The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store and warehouse activities, including material receipt, storage, issuance, dispatch, inventory control, and SAP transactions. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper material handling, and timely availability of materials for production.

What you'll do

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, condition, and documents against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices
• Perform material inward activities and ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of received materials
• Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in SAP for received materials
• Carry out all required inward and outward material transactions in SAP accurately and on time
• Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches
