What you'll do

• Lead the launch of our flagship store, including site selection, store layout, design, and setup, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and guidelines
• Develop and implement store sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive customer acquisition from the onset
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a pre-launch and grand opening marketing plan, generating buzz and driving foot traffic to the store
• Hire, train, and manage store staff, fostering a team-oriented and customer-focused culture
• Oversee daily store operations post-launch, ensuring efficient management of staff, inventory, and resources
