About the role

Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level. Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

What you'll do

• Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service
• Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses
• Working with the store team in assisting them in achieving the store targets
• Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's
• Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level
