Store Shift Supervisor

About the role

The PM/RM Issue Executive is responsible for issuing Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to production as per approved production plans and material requisitions. The role ensures accurate inventory transactions, timely material availability, proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), SAP/ERP entries, and compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse standards.

What you'll do

• Issue Raw Materials and Packaging Materials to production against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS)
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production downtime
• Verify quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and material specifications before issuing
• Follow FIFO/FEFO while issuing materials
• Maintain accurate stock records for RM and PM

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• SAP
• ERP
• Food safety
• Inventory management
• Warehouse operations
• SAP MM
• Diploma or B.Com
