Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Overview Account Manager –Digital Factory Solutions Your mission As an Account Manager, you are the trusted sales and technical advisor for our customers and prospects throughout the sales process. You translate complex manufacturing challenges into compelling, end-to-end solution proposals and architectures across the Logility digital factory portfolio.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers; understand their production processes, business priorities, system landscape and transformation roadmap
• Work with the SMEs to present a tailored solution across our portfolio: MOM Core: MES, APS, QMS, LIMS, logistics
• Develop convincing solution proposals, scope statements and technical responses for RFPs/RFIs together with Pre-Sales SMEs, Product Management and Consulting teams
• Act as the technical lead in complex sales opportunities and support account strategy, stakeholder management and deal progression
• Build trusted relationships with manufacturing leaders, plant managers, operations teams, IT/OT architects and C-level stakeholders
