Strategic Account Manager (R-20122)

About the role

We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager - Renewals for the Credibility & Business Insights Group (CBIG) at Dun & Bradstreet. This role will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, driving renewals, customer retention, account expansion, and revenue growth across Karnataka and Kerala.

What you'll do

• Drive business growth through strategic account management, account expansion, renewals, and customer retention initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Heads, Finance Controllers, Directors, and Managing Directors
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and create account growth strategies to maximize revenue generation
• Conduct client meetings across Bengaluru, Karnataka, and Kerala to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales outcomes
• Own sales pipeline management, forecasting, target achievement, and revenue delivery against business objectives
