Strategic Account Manager (Retail AI / CPG)

About the role

The main responsibility of this Account Manager is to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at each account and own those relationships commercially. You will align with the client on success criteria for each phase and pull the right resources from across ParallelDots (Project Management, Data Science, Product) to deliver against them.

What you'll do

• Commercial Ownership & Global Expansion
• Own renewal, expansion, and cross-sell targets for your accounts, maintaining accurate forecasting
• Define account plans that sequence expansion (next country, next channel, next KPI) and align them quarterly with leadership
• Convert proof of ROI in one market into the business case for the next, particularly driving the expansion from modern trade into traditional trade
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and contract renewals calmly, holding commercial ground without damaging the relationship
