• Conduct internal and external legal research and fact‑gathering related to new and innovative technologies, applicable laws and regulations
• Play a key role in escalations and, in collaboration with colleagues from Quality and Enterprise Risk Management
• Help evaluate prospective acquisition targets on behalf of the Supply Chain and Engineering business, conduct due diligence, and shape post-merger integration strategies
