Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube

About the role

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow strong commercial and strategic partnerships, and develop new partnership opportunities
• Support partners to understand and adopt YouTube products or features to grow their channels and audience
• Analyze and track metrics to identify trends and highlight issues to ensure performance growth
• Execute against key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally
• Work with teams across YouTube and cross-functional teams to share partner feedback, resolve business issues and scale opportunities

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Investment banking
• Telecom
• Any graduate
