What you'll do

• Define clear value hypotheses, success metrics, and KPIs for MADTech initiatives at intake/approval, in partnership with product, finance, and analytics
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable portfolio outcomes (e.g., revenue, margin, engagement, cost-efficiency, risk reduction)
• Identify underperforming bets and value leakage and recommend actions (double-down, pivot, repair, or exit) to the AVP and relevant decision forums
• Build and maintain portfolio-level performance dashboards that consolidate initiative status, realized outcomes
• Partner with Portfolio & Governance and Programs & Transformation leads to ensure performance insights directly inform prioritization, stage-gates
