We are looking for a driven and analytical Strategy and Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence within a fast-growing, AI-focused technology environment. What you'll do

• Help translate organizational priorities into structured plans and actionable recommendations
• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, identify trends, monitor key performance indicators
• Project Management and Execution: Develop project plans, establish success metrics, track milestones, monitor deliverables
• Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges, assess existing workflows
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance updates to communicate project progress
