About the role

A strong academic background or demonstrated excellence in a relevant field.

What you'll do

• Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution across one or more strategic initiatives
• Analyze Data and Performance
• Conduct detailed data analysis, identify trends, track performance metrics, and develop insights that inform decision-making
• Create project plans, define success metrics, monitor milestones, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and outcomes
• Identify challenges, help develop solutions, and contribute to process improvements across the organization
