Strategy and Operations Lead

About the role

This role serves as a core strategic thought partner to India Large Customer Sales (LCS) executive leadership, shaping the commercial direction and long-term Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the business. Its primary mission is to accelerate revenue growth by leading high-impact strategic initiatives, unlocking cross-sector and product growth opportunities, and driving rigorous commercial execution at scale.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to LCS directors and industry heads advocating and challenging business leaders with data-backed insights, diagnosing revenue drivers
• Lead end-to-end strategic projects and market assessments to unlock new revenue streams, solve complex commercial problems
• Identify systemic business, policy, and regulatory barriers, building compelling business cases to influence global product/policy roadmaps and unlock commercial velocity
• Co-author the India LCS annual strategy and multi-year Go-to-Market (GTM) plan, translating macro industry shifts into resource allocation, quota/incentive design
