About the role

We're hiring a Strategy & Special Projects - CEO's Office to work directly with the CEO's Office on high-impact initiatives across operations, partnerships, technology, and organisational strategy. This role is ideal for someone who's curious, and excited about solving operational challenges through systems thinking.

What you'll do

  • Support high-priority initiatives led by the CEO's Office
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution
  • Conduct research, analyse problems, and recommend practical solutions
  • Ensure projects move forward by identifying blockers and driving follow-through
  • Build scalable processes, SOPs, and documentation

What you need
