About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Automation Lead with 8+ years of demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and test automation , including extensive hands-on expertise with Selenium-based automation frameworks . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing strategy, managing a small QA team, and driving the expansion of automation coverage across enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage and efficiency
• Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create effective test scenarios
• Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution
