Strength and Conditioning Coach

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing customized training programs for clients, ensuring their fitness goals align with strength, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention strategies.

What you'll do

• Conduct customized online training programs and guide clients through video calls
• Monitor progress through online tracking tools, adjusting programs as needed
• Provide virtual form corrections and feedback through live video analysis
• Engage with clients for in session motivation and support
• Active participation in online, offline (If necessary) events as and when required for better client relation

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate

What you get

• Up to ₹2.5 L a year
