What you'll do

• Perform detailed structural analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue) of aircraft interiors using hand calculations, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and industry tools
• Develop and validate FEA models using software such as NASTRAN, PATRAN, HYPERMESH
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations (FAR/CS 25) and support certification activities including preparation of stress reports and substantiation documentation
• Analyze load paths and stress distributions for seat structures under crash, static, and dynamic loading conditions
• Review and approve engineering drawings and changes for structural integrity and regulatory compliance
