About the role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Structural OBD professional to join our team and work on high-impact building projects.

Develop BIM structural models independently using Bentley AECOSim / OpenBuildings Designer (OBD).• Set up and manage models on ProjectWise, ACC, or BIM 360 environments
Create accurate 3D structural models and associated project documentation
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
Prepare 2D/3D reinforcement models and reinforcement drawings
Perform model coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC checks
