The 'Precast Works Competency Centre' (PWCC) operates as a capability-based competency centre as part of a strategic initiative of L&T Construction Group. Aiming to achieve excellence in precast works, with world-class skill, quality, and safety. The centre is facilitated by a highly productive lean team, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.

What you'll do

• Build proposal for Structural System/Framing to adopt Precast construction Concept development and design philosophy verification
• Prepare budgetary design BOQs
• Interact with Internal and External clients to present and convert proposals
• Research and development related to precast and its application. Evaluation of modern materials as well as methodologies
