Student Engagement Executive

About the role

As a member of the member of the Student Engagement Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective student interaction and support. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing study materials, facilitating software access, coordinating communication channels, and overseeing student payments.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the dispatch of study materials to enrolled students
• Monitor and manage the inventory of study materials and books
• Oversee outstanding student payments and update CRM tool records accordingly
• Conduct feedback sessions with students to refine process orientation
• Collaborate in scheduling classes based on faculty availability

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Communication
• MBA
