About the role

Responsible for capacity planning, throughput, cross-functional coordination, and building the operational backbone (tools, dashboards) that keeps the studio scaling.

What you'll do

  • Own daily/weekly production planning across Studio, Gen AI, and Edit/QC pipelines to hit asset volume targets
  • Track SLA adherence across each production stage (shoot/GEN ai → edit → QC → go-live) and unblock bottlenecks proactively
  • Design and continuously improve SOPs for shoot workflows, edit/QC checklists, and handoff protocols between teams
  • Drive automation and tooling adoption (trackers, batch scripts, dashboards) to reduce manual overhead
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (photography, styling, editing, QC, AI projects) across locations
