About the role

The Fashion Assistant – Coordinator supports sales floor operations by coordinating customer service, merchandise presentation, and daily store activities while ensuring adherence to Pantaloons' brand and VM standards.

What you'll do

  • Assist customers with product selection and styling support
  • Coordinate merchandise display and replenishment as per VM guidelines
  • Support sales targets through active selling
  • Assist in stock handling, tagging, and cycle counts
  • Coordinate between sales floor, stockroom, and billing
