About the role

The Lead - Projects Substation (Site)-Tx is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of substations, meeting productivity goals within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead - Projects Substation (Site)-Tx
• Ensure timely project progress by planning and supervising daily site activities, and maintaining daily and monthly progress reports
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards by implementing site-wide safety protocols and creating a zero-harm environment
• Support interdepartmental collaboration by maintaining effective communication with internal departments and aligning on project goals
• Ensure cost efficiency by preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling cash flow to align with project schedules
