About the role

The role will focus on understanding healthcare business processes, analyzing and documenting requirements, validating solution designs, and supporting delivery and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Conduct requirement workshops and discussions with customer stakeholders, business users, and domain SMEs
• Analyze, clarify, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, and supporting documentation
• Maintain requirement traceability from business need through design, development, testing, and acceptance
• Work with architects and engineering teams to validate that proposed designs meet business and operational requirements
