SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking & Benefits Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) , Time Tracking , and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors solutions, particularly in time and benefits-related processes.

What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking and Benefits modules
• Gather business requirements, prepare solution designs, and configure SF modules accordingly
• Configure time recording profiles, time types, time accounts, time valuation rules, accruals, and calendars
• Design and implement Benefit plans including eligibility rules, enrollment windows, and claim processes
• Integrate EC Time Tracking with Payroll and other modules (if required)

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• SuccessFactors
• Valuation
• Any graduate
