About the role

In chargeof specific courses and impart training on navigational / engineering / soft skills / safety / OEM / cargo / vessel specific topics to seafarers at AEMTC, in accordance with the course manual. Development and monitoring of course where they are course-in-charge. ·Updates and improvements made to the course periodically.

What you'll do

Take responsibility for updating and revising course Master files, participants handout, prepare and update PPTs, relevant videos, exercises, tests
Ensure all course data like course entry form, attendance, feedback forms are entered on AIMS by the participants. Compile feedback from participants, vessels
Conduct course review meetings and document the minutes. Conduct thorough review of courses under own charge
Monitor non-conformity reports and initiate corrective actions in consultation with the Programme Head
Update and improve the courses periodically; also plan and develop new training courses as may be needed. Incorporate case studies from incident reports and audit/…
