What you'll do

• Responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our Enablement Service functions
• Reviewing performance by analyzing our key KPIs and liaising with SF leaders, their operations managers and GDS Operations to provide insights
• Partnering with senior leadership / CLT for data gathering, assessment / analytics, summarization, visualization for PPTs etc
• Support with strategy formulation, execution, KPI tracking and reporting etc
• Lead the planning and implementation of Strategic Initiatives for GDS ES SFs
