What you'll do

• The role supports EY GDS Enablement Services by executing high quality process analysis and documentation for Talent transformation programmes
• The Supervising Associate will work closely with Config, Product, Business Analysis, Data
• Process Analysis, Mapping & Documentation Excellence
• Document current state (L4) and future state (L5) Talent processes using standard programme templates and EY methodologies
• Develop and maintain L5 blueprints, user journeys (UJs), swimlane diagrams, and process variants, ensuring traceability to design decisions and business outcomes
