Supervisor, Corporate Tax

About the role

As a Tax Supervisor for RSM you will be responsible for the following job duties which are focused around three core concepts (Technical & Quality Expertise, People & Talent Management, and Client Service/Business Development): Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returns-1120s, 1065s, 1120-F branch and treaty-based returns

What you'll do

• Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returns-1120s, 1065s, 1120-F branch and treaty-based returns
• Handle all aspects of the client needs from sending PBC requests to sending the final bill
• Serve as a Performance Advisor, mentor or coach to one or more employees, which will include providing honest and timely performance feedback
• Train and develop staff members – approximately 10-20% of your time
• Provide detailed review and analysis of complex tax returns including reviewing PFICs, 8865s, 8858s, 1042s, 1099s, 5471s, 5472s etc
