About the role

The Assignment Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of physical security operations across high-profile client sites in the South Zone of India. This includes ensuring effective deployment of personnel, compliance with client protocols, documentation accuracy, stakeholder engagement, crisis readiness, and operational audits.

What you'll do

• Plan and deploy daily security personnel as per shift schedules and site-specific SOPs
• Conduct briefing sessions across all shifts and ensure grooming, discipline, and attendance compliance
• Prepare and manage MDR, shift schedules, and site logs

What you need

• 6–10 years in legal & compliance

• Any graduate
