Team Lead - Global Governance

About the role

The role will support the GBO Governance and PMO team in coordinating governance activities, tracking workstream progress, preparing management reports, maintaining project documentation, and supporting communication and change management activities across the GBO transformation program.

What you'll do

• Support the GBO Governance and PMO team in coordinating governance activities, tracking workstream progress, preparing management reports
• Support tracking of progress across GBO workstreams and follow up on agreed actions, deliverables, and milestones
• Maintain workstream trackers, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentation
• Coordinate with workstream PMOs and stakeholders to collect updates, templates, and required inputs
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, dependencies, and key milestones to support governance reviews
