Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets Identifying critical cases and act accordingly Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow

• Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool
• Identifying critical cases and act accordingly
• Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets
• Coordinate with Collection agencies
• Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers
