Supervisor Heavy Machine Shop at Randstad. Supervise daily production on CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), and conventional lathes, milling, and cylindrical grinding machines.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily production on CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), and conventional lathes, milling, and cylindrical grinding machines
• Interpret advanced engineering drawings, manufacturing process sheets, and complex Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols to guide machinists
• Liaise with the tool room to manage cutting tool inventory, optimize insert selections, and resolve issues related to tool wear and breakages
• Oversee machine setups, fixture alignments, and initial component test runs before approving full-batch production runs
• Review, verify, and make minor edits to CNC G-codes and M-codes on machine controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) to fix part deviations or improve cutting paths
