About the role
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication and manufacturing of pressure and non-pressure boiler components, structural components, and beams for Supercritical, Subcritical, Biomass and CFB Boilers.
What you'll do
- Responsible for overseeing the fabrication and manufacturing of pressure and non-pressure boiler components, structural components, and beams for Supercritical
- Supervise unionized and contract workforce to achieve production targets while ensuring Safety, Quality (First-Time Right), 5S and productivity
- Coordinate with Quality, Welding, Outsourcing and other service departments for smooth manufacturing execution
- Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen, with working proficiency in SAP and general computer applications
